Orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to serviceable locations across India. Delivery availability may depend on the customer's PIN code and our courier partners.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed. Promotional or free shipping may be offered from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the order tracking facility available on our website, where applicable.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and serviceable locations. COD availability will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Praro Picks will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order cannot be delivered after reasonable delivery attempts, it may be returned to the sender.
