Return and Refund Policy

At Praro Picks, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or eligible product that you wish to return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.

For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products, customers may be required to provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including used or damaged products caused by the customer, products without original packaging or accessories, personalized items, hygiene-sensitive products, and items marked as non-returnable or final sale.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us through the contact details provided on our website and include your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos or videos where applicable.

Please do not send a product back without receiving return instructions from us.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For eligible COD orders, approved refunds may be processed through a suitable payment method after the required refund details are provided by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Return Shipping

If a return is required because the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Praro Picks will provide appropriate return instructions. For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
